Taj Coromandel, Chennai, is set to celebrate Halloween with Spooky Nights at Anise, a specially curated dinner experience featuring themed dishes, imaginative presentations and festive beverages on 31 October 2026.

Hosted at Anise, the hotel's all-day dining restaurant, the one-evening celebration brings a playful Halloween theme to the dining table, combining familiar culinary preparations with spooky names and creative presentations.

The menu begins with starters such as Witch’s Pumpkin Velouté, Dracula’s Beetroot Carpaccio, Charcoal Cemetery Seekh Kebabs and Ghost Pepper Tandoori Prawns. The selections set the tone for an evening centred on seasonal creativity and bold flavours.

The main course continues the theme with dishes including Devil’s Butter Chicken, Black Forest Lamb Ragout, Phantom Mushroom Risotto, Kali Mirch Haunted Fish and Midnight Rogan Josh. The menu brings together Indian favourites and international-inspired preparations within a Halloween-themed dining experience.
