Served at the elegant Mews Café and Match Point, the all-day dining restaurant overlooking the outdoor pool, the seasonal menu highlights the sweet, tangy and tropical flavours of mango in every course.

Among the savoury offerings are the Avo Mango Burrata Toast, featuring creamy burrata, fresh avocado and ripe mango on toasted sourdough, and the Fresh Prawn and Mango Salad, prepared with poached prawns, juicy mango and a sesame-peanut drizzle.
