Far from being a one-dish wonder, Bihari cuisine is a tapestry of rustic, bold, and soulful dishes, now brought into the spotlight by celebrated chef Rachnaa Prasad.
Known for her passion for reviving and preserving Bihar’s culinary legacy, Chef Rachnaa has curated a menu that is as authentic as it is indulgent. The spread features everything from the earthy smokiness of Litti Chokha to the legendary slow-cooked Champaran Mutton, fiery Mutton Goli, comforting Dal ki Dulhan, crispy Dhuska, and the traditional Sarso Wali Machli. Each dish carries the warmth of Bihar’s kitchens, plated with artistry for Mumbai diners.
Chef Rachnaa, a proud native of Patna, is more than just a chef, she is a storyteller through food. With honours such as the Notable Home Chef of India Award and recognition from the Honourable Governor of Bihar, she has become a true ambassador of her state’s gastronomic culture.
