Tambu, the Michelin Guide-listed rooftop restaurant at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong – MGallery Collection, is set to host an exclusive two-night 4 Hands Dinner in collaboration with Ekaa Mumbai on 3 and 4 July 2026.

This special culinary partnership brings together Chef Saurabh Sachdeva, Iron Chef Thailand winner and culinary lead at Tambu, along with the team from Ekaa Mumbai, a restaurant internationally recognised for its progressive approach to modern Indian dining and its inclusion among Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Set against the backdrop of Tambu’s signature Mughal-inspired rooftop “Tented Palace” overlooking the Andaman Sea, the event promises a curated dining experience that explores the depth and evolution of contemporary Indian gastronomy. Each course has been designed to reflect a shared vision of creativity, storytelling, and technical finesse, highlighting both heritage-inspired flavours and modern interpretations.

Tambu, known for its charcoal-driven North Indian cuisine and refined open-flame cooking techniques, has been featured in the Michelin Guide for two consecutive years. Ekaa Mumbai has built its reputation on experimental yet rooted Indian cuisine that challenges traditional boundaries while maintaining strong cultural relevance.

The collaboration will bring together the culinary philosophies of both restaurants, resulting in a multi-course tasting menu that showcases bold flavours, layered textures, and innovative presentations. The experience is designed as a dialogue between two kitchens that represent the new wave of Indian fine dining on the global stage.
