Bengaluru is getting a delicious slice of Istanbul this monsoon as Öz by Kebapçi and Kebapci unveil a special kebab menu that celebrates Turkey’s rich culinary heritage. Running from July 12th to 20th, this limited-time affair brings together smoky grills, vibrant spices, and the joy of sharing hearty meals.
Kebabs are more than just dishes—they’re traditions that revolve around community, storytelling, and the magic of open flames. Staying true to this spirit, both Öz by Kebapçi in UB City and Kebapci at Forum Mall are serving up a curated spread that honours age-old Turkish recipes with modern finesse.
At Öz by Kebapçi, guests can indulge in delights like Peynir Cop Shish (grilled cheese skewers), Tavouk Shish (succulent chicken kebabs), Mantar Kebabi (mushroom skewers), Fistikli Kebabi (chicken or lamb with pistachios), and Ali Nazlik Mantar, a comforting medley of mushrooms and Turkish spices.
Meanwhile, Kebapci is rolling out robust specials such as Tepsi Kebap (tray-baked chicken or mutton), Ciger Kebab (traditional liver), Cokertme Kebap served over crispy potatoes, Ali Nazik featuring smoky eggplant with kebabs, and the popular Lehmacun Durum Kebab—Turkish wraps bursting with spiced meats and herbs.
Each dish is crafted with premium cuts, spices flown in from Turkey, and authentic grilling methods, ensuring every bite feels like a stroll down a bustling street in Istanbul. Paired with Bengaluru’s breezy monsoon evenings, it’s the perfect way to savour warm, spice-kissed bites in a setting that radiates Turkish hospitality.
