The Association of Hospitality Professionals (AHP), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the hospitality industry, has successfully launched the sixth edition of the AHP Hospitality Challenge and Awards - 2023.

This highly anticipated event serves as a platform to celebrate and acknowledge the exceptional talent and creativity of young hospitality professionals. Spanning until July 8th, the challenge features more than 350 participants competing in 17 different categories. Notably, this year marks a historic moment with the inclusion of 25 specially-abled professionals, demonstrating the event's commitment to inclusivity and diversity.

The AHP Hospitality Challenge 2023 began with a series of competitions designed to assess participants' skills in various operational areas of the hotel industry. The initial day focused on the Art of Bed Making and Towel Art, where over 40 professionals showcased their talents at The Park in New Delhi.

Following the Housekeeping competitions, the culinary competitions took centre stage, with more than 150 talented chefs exhibiting their culinary expertise across 11 categories. The remaining competitions, including Art of Napkin Folding, Art of Table Setting, and War of Spirits, will be held at Radisson Paschim Vihar and Front Office Master Indian Hotel Academy in New Delhi.

This highly anticipated event will culminate in a grand celebration, honouring and recognizing the winners for their outstanding achievements. Distinguished hoteliers, restaurateurs, renowned chefs, hospitality experts, and corporate executives will gather to make this occasion truly prestigious and memorable.
