MoMo Café at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport invites guests to celebrate the spirit of Baisakhi with ‘The Brunch Society: Baisakhi Edition’, a vibrant Punjabi-themed brunch scheduled for April 12, 2026.

Curated to mark the harvest festival, the brunch brings together the bold and comforting flavours of Punjab in a lively and immersive setting. The experience begins with a Punjabi Grazing and Harvest Table, setting the tone with a rich selection of traditional favourites.

Guests can indulge in a live chaat bar featuring Amritsari aloo tikki and dahi bhalla, along with freshly prepared makki di roti and missi roti served with white butter and jaggery. The live tandoor and dhaba stations elevate the spread further with classics such as sarson da saag, Amritsari fish fry, smoky seekh kebabs, and dal makhani slow-cooked overnight for depth and flavour.

The menu continues with regional Punjabi staples including chole bhature, rajma chawal finished with a desi ghee tadka, and kadhi pakora with steamed rice, offering a comforting and nostalgic dining experience. Adding a contemporary twist, the “Global with a Punjabi Twist” section features dishes like butter chicken paired with saffron pilaf and tandoori vegetable sliders.

The Dessert Studio rounds off the experience with indulgent offerings such as live jalebi with rabri, phirni served in kulhads, and mango lassi mousse shots, capturing the festive spirit in every bite.

Complementing the food is a thoughtfully curated beverage programme, including sweet and salted lassi shots, ginger-mint infused sugarcane juice, and aam panna spritzers. Signature cocktails like the Patiala Punch and Gur & Ginger Highball add a spirited touch to the celebration.
