The Forum Hotel & Convention in Ahmedabad is set to offer guests a flavourful journey through Thailand with Sawadee Kha, a specially curated Thai Food Festival that celebrates the rich taste, culture, and traditions of Thai cuisine.

Hosted at AURII, the hotel’s premium all-day dining restaurant, the festival will run from May 19 to June 8 and will be open every evening from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The festival menu brings together dishes inspired by Thailand’s vibrant street food scene and royal culinary traditions. Guests can enjoy favourites including Tom Yum, Tom Kha, Green and Red Curry, Pad Thai, Satay, Som Tam, Thai Spring Rolls, and Mango Sticky Rice.

To maintain authenticity, the dishes are prepared using traditional ingredients such as galangal, kaffir lime, Thai basil, bird’s eye chilli, and coconut milk, staying true to the original flavours and techniques.

Adding an interactive element to the experience is MasterChef Vina, who will host live kitchen sessions for guests. These sessions offer an inside look at the techniques, timing, and skills involved in preparing authentic Thai dishes.

The experience goes beyond food, with live Thai dancers and a traditional musician from Thailand creating an immersive cultural atmosphere throughout the festival.
