Overview

The Hood by Olive, one of the city's leading Global Gastro Bars, is set to introduce a fresh weekend dining experience with its upcoming Lebanese Brunch Shift featuring Hala. Scheduled for 28th June 2026, the exclusive one-day pop-up will celebrate the rich flavours and communal dining traditions of Lebanon.

Designed around the spirit of sharing and togetherness, the brunch menu brings together a selection of authentic Lebanese favourites. Taking centre stage is a traditional slow-cooked lamb preparation served over aromatic spiced rice, offering guests a taste of one of the region’s most cherished dishes.

The experience also features a generous Lebanese Mezze Platter packed with popular classics including hummus, labneh, muhammara and za’atar manakish. Guests can further enjoy chicken musakhan rolls paired with warm pita bread, creating a wholesome Middle Eastern feast.

To round off the meal, diners can indulge in Layali Loubnan, a beloved Lebanese dessert that translates to “Nights of Lebanon.” The sweet treat combines chilled semolina milk pudding with fresh banana and whipped cream, finished with orange blossom syrup and pistachios.

With this special brunch edition, The Hood by Olive aims to transform Sunday dining into a vibrant celebration of Middle Eastern cuisine, offering guests an immersive mezze experience in the heart of Bengaluru.
