As Kolkata prepares to welcome Maa Durga, The LaLiT Great Eastern Kolkata is bringing the festive spirit to the hotel with a range of special stay packages and dining experiences for Durga Puja 2026. Combining Bengali traditions, regional delicacies and family celebrations, the hotel has planned experiences that allow guests to enjoy Pujo with their loved ones.

The celebrations feature Agomonir Shure, Pujor Anonde, a festive family stay package for double occupancy. The offer includes a complimentary stay for one child up to 12 years without an extra bed, buffet breakfast, a special Durga Puja Mahabhoj buffet for two and exclusive festive privileges.

The festivities begin with Mahalaya Morning on October 10, 2026, at Alfresco. Guests can enjoy a traditional breakfast featuring Bengali favourites such as luchi, cholar dal, chirer pulao and gurer payesh. The breakfast will be served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

The hotel will continue the celebrations with Shubho Pujo, Shubho Bhoj, a special Durga Puja buffet available from October 16 to 21, 2026. The spread will feature authentic Bengali dishes, regional specialities, interactive food stations and traditional desserts. Lunch and dinner buffets.

For those looking to enjoy a late-night feast, the hotel is also introducing a special Midnight Buffet from October 17 to 20, available between 12:30 AM and 3:00 AM.
