The Leela Gandhinagar is bringing the flavours of Thailand to Citrus Junction with an exclusive three-day culinary showcase from 30 October to 1 November 2026. The dinner experience will introduce guests to Thailand's rich food traditions through authentic recipes, traditional cooking techniques and the distinctive flavours of Thai cuisine.

The showcase will feature Chef Bongkot Sabpong, Master Chef and Thai culinary specialist from The Leela Gurugram. With 26 years of experience across Thailand, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Maldives and China, Chef Bongkot brings extensive knowledge of Thai cooking and its regional traditions. Known for preserving authentic flavours while presenting dishes with a contemporary touch, she has curated a menu that highlights the diversity of Thai cuisine.

Guests can look forward to popular Thai dishes, including the comforting Tom Yum, flavourful Pad Thai and rich, aromatic curries prepared with fresh herbs. The menu will also feature wok-tossed specialities and traditional desserts that showcase the cuisine's balance of sweet, sour, spicy and savoury flavours.

Alongside the food, Citrus Junction will feature décor inspired by Thailand's culture and artistry. Carefully selected design elements and decorative accents will help create an atmosphere that reflects the country's distinctive character, offering guests a dining experience inspired by Southeast Asia.

The showcase brings together authentic Thai cooking, themed surroundings and The Leela's hospitality, giving diners an opportunity to explore the country's culinary traditions without leaving Gandhinagar.
