Mumbai’s cocktail scene is set for a defining evening as The Scarlett House welcomes Sips, currently ranked No.3 on The World’s 50 Best Bars list, for an exclusive one-night takeover on 8th March 2026. Presented in collaboration with The Experience India, the evening brings one of the world’s most influential bar philosophies to Bombay in its purest form.

At the centre of the experience is Simone Caporale, co-founder of Sips and a pioneering voice in modern mixology. Known for reshaping cocktail theatre during his time at Artesian and later building Sips alongside Marc Alvarez, Caporale champions a style rooted in warmth, clarity and precision. His belief is simple: hospitality comes first, the cocktail is merely the medium.

Guests will experience Sips exactly as it exists in Barcelona, with no reinterpretation. The confirmed line-up includes Toreador, Espresso on Steroids and Tommy’s, each reflecting the bar’s balance of playful technique and flavour-led focus. Every drink will be crafted and served by Caporale himself, offering an unfiltered glimpse into the ethos that earned Sips global acclaim.

The evening is supported by U'Luvka Vodka, a spirit known for its refined Polish heritage and expressive character.
