The Square at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has unveiled a special culinary showcase titled “Flavours of the Konkan Coast,” bringing the vibrant and diverse tastes of India’s western coastline to the city’s beachfront dining destination.

Designed as a celebration of regional heritage, the promotion highlights traditional Goan and Konkan-inspired dishes prepared with authentic spices, coastal ingredients and classic cooking techniques.

Guests begin their experience with appetisers such as Recheado Fish Fry and Goan Potato Chops, setting the tone for a bold and flavourful journey rooted in coastal culinary traditions.

The main course features an extensive spread of regional favourites including Prawn Ambotik, Pomfret Sorak, Chicken Vindaloo, Mushroom Xacuti, Sorpotel, Chorizo Pav, Crab Xec Xec, Fugad de Repolho (Cabbage) and Dalithoy, each dish reflecting the depth and character of Konkan cuisine.

To conclude the experience, the dessert selection showcases traditional Goan sweets such as Bebinca, Dodol, Patoleo, Doce, and Serradura, offering guests a nostalgic and indulgent finale to the meal.
