The St. Regis Goa Resort is set to celebrate the harvest festival of Kerala with a traditional Onam Sadhya at Miri on August 26, 2026, bringing the flavours and festive traditions of Kerala to Goa.

The one-day culinary experience will feature an elaborate vegetarian feast served on traditional banana leaves, offering guests an opportunity to experience the rich flavours and communal spirit associated with Onam.

Curated by the culinary team at Miri, the Sadhya will feature an array of Kerala classics, including Avial, Thoran, Olan, Kootu Curry, Erissery, Sambar, Rasam, Pachadi, Kichadi, Pappadam, pickles and banana chips.

The festive meal will conclude with Ada Pradhaman Payasam, one of Kerala's most celebrated traditional desserts, adding a sweet finish to the elaborate spread.

The dining experience will extend beyond the food, with Onam-themed décor and a vibrant floral Pookalam display creating a festive setting. A welcome drink and family-style dining format will further enhance the celebration, reflecting the warmth and togetherness at the heart of the festival.
