The St. Regis Goa Resort is bringing the spirit of gratitude, warmth, and togetherness to the coast with two special Thanksgiving celebrations at Miri, the resort’s signature all-day dining venue. Guests can enjoy a Thanksgiving Brunch on November 23 and a Thanksgiving Dinner on November 27, offering a blend of festive flavours and the relaxed elegance of Cavelossim.
The Thanksgiving Brunch features a rich spread of seasonal dishes, including honey-glazed ham, slow-cooked lamb bolognese, and classic beef Wellington. Guests can also explore coastal grill stations, handcrafted salads, and desserts inspired by the harvest season. Festive beverages such as mulled wine, spiced cocktails, and artisanal drinks add to the warmth, while live music creates a relaxed Sunday ambience. Children can enjoy their own dedicated activity corner with cookie decorating and festive crafts.
The Thanksgiving Dinner offers an elegant, multi-course experience that highlights the flavours of the harvest with a coastal twist. Each dish is crafted to bring together traditional elements with refined technique and soulful presentation, creating an intimate evening for families and friends.
