The St. Regis Goa Resort has introduced House of Dimsums, a special culinary showcase at Riverside, its Asian specialty restaurant. Running from June 1 to June 15, the limited-period dining experience celebrates the artistry and flavours of handcrafted dim sums in an elegant riverside setting.
Designed for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners, the showcase features an extensive selection of 15 varieties of dim sums, carefully curated by the resort’s culinary team. Guests can explore a diverse range of flavours and textures through steamed, fried, and pan-seared preparations.
The menu highlights artisanal dumplings crafted by experienced chefs, with each variety showcasing authentic techniques and ingredients. Signature condiments accompany the dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience and bringing out the unique flavours of every bite.
Available during both lunch and dinner service, House of Dimsums offers guests the flexibility to enjoy individual selections through an à la carte menu while discovering a wide variety of handcrafted creations.
Set against the serene backdrop of Riverside, the experience combines refined Asian cuisine with a relaxed yet sophisticated ambience, making it an ideal choice for casual gatherings, family meals, and leisurely dining occasions.
