The St. Regis Goa Resort has announced ‘House of Dimsums,’ a special 15-day culinary showcase at its Asian specialty restaurant, Riverside. Running from 1st June to 15th June, the experience brings together a wide selection of handcrafted dim sums designed for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners.

The curated menu features 15 varieties of dim sums, highlighting different styles and flavours through steamed, fried, and pan-seared preparations. Carefully crafted by the resort’s master chefs, the artisanal dumplings are paired with signature condiments to enhance the overall dining experience.

Guests can look forward to exploring a range of authentic flavours in an elegant riverside setting that blends relaxed social dining with refined hospitality. Whether visiting for a casual lunch or a sophisticated dinner, diners can choose from individual selections or enjoy an unlimited dim sum feast during the showcase.
