The Supper Club Mumbai has joined hands with Fairmont Mumbai to present South Side Supper, an exclusive one-evening dining experience celebrating the rich culinary traditions of South India. The event will take place at The Merchants, Fairmont Mumbai, on July 15 from 7.30 pm onwards.
Curated by Chef Rajshri, Founder of The Supper Club Mumbai, along with Chef Vishal Shetty and Chef Selvam Maddu of The Merchants Mumbai, the experience draws inspiration from the traditional yele oota, a wholesome meal served on a banana leaf and recipes that have been passed down through generations.
The specially crafted menu showcases authentic South Indian dishes that reflect the region's diverse flavours, culinary traditions, and cultural heritage. Each dish has been thoughtfully prepared using carefully selected ingredients, traditional cooking methods, and aromatic regional spices to create a dining experience rooted in authenticity.
