The evening promises a specially curated cocktail menu featuring some of Lair’s most talked-about signatures, inventive ingredients, layered flavour profiles, and immersive presentation styles, each crafted to spark conversation and curiosity.

Menu highlights for the night include the Popcorn Drink crafted with Grey Goose, caramelised popcorn, green apple, and sea salt; Black Mamba featuring Dewar’s White with dry fig and prekese bark amaro; Picante made with Patron Reposado, spiced grandilla, citrus, agave, and passionfruit; Pheonix with jasmine-infused Bombay Sapphire, bianco, peach and lemongrass cordial, lime, tonic, and lemon curd; and Black Gold combining Bacardi Ocho, black pepper, Lair spicy cordial, and grapefruit.
