Tuborg is teaming up with Forward to bring Tuborg Unholy Night to Mumbai and Bengaluru this Halloween, combining electronic music, cosplay and creative self-expression. The two-city club takeover will feature masked Afro house act Hyenah, with performances at Waikiki in Mumbai on 31 October 2026 and Juliet in Bengaluru on 1 November 2026.
The Mumbai edition will see Hyenah share the lineup with Jarryd Nunes, JenZee and Nikhil Shetty, while Nirmohi will join the Bengaluru edition. The events are part of Tuborg's global "You Don't Have To" campaign, which encourages young people to move beyond social expectations and express themselves on their own terms.
Through Tuborg Unholy Night, the brand brings its campaign to the Halloween season, inviting guests to embrace different sides of their personalities without feeling pressured to conform. Whether they choose elaborate costumes, explore an alter ego or arrive as themselves, the focus is on enjoying the music and expressing individuality.
Commenting on the campaign, Partha Jha, Vice President – Marketing, Carlsberg India, said, "At Tuborg, 'You Don't Have To' is about challenging the pressure to fit in, follow the script or live up to expectations that aren't your own. Halloween is one of the few cultural moments where people naturally feel free to express a different side of themselves, making it the perfect expression of our platform."
Arnab Banerjee, Founder, Forward India, said, "Halloween is the one night when a whole room agrees to leave the rulebook at home. With the 'You Don't Have To' idea taking centre stage, "Tuborg Unholy Night" is about giving people the space to show up as themselves, or as someone entirely new, and lose themselves in the music. Hyenah's masked Afro house takeover is the perfect soundtrack for that, and we're thrilled to bring it to both Mumbai and Bengaluru with Tuborg alongside some stellar emerging acts,"
Mumbai: Waikiki
The Mumbai event will take place at Waikiki in Andheri on 31 October, with doors opening at 10 PM. Hyenah will perform alongside Jarryd Nunes, JenZee and Nikhil Shetty, with the lineup set to carry the Halloween celebrations into the night.
Bengaluru: Juliet
The celebrations will move to Juliet in Bengaluru on 1 November, with doors opening at 5 PM. Hyenah will be joined by Nirmohi for an evening of electronic music and Halloween-inspired self-expression.
Tickets for both events are available on SortMyScene. The two editions offer guests an opportunity to experience the campaign through music, costumes and a club atmosphere where individual expression takes centre stage.
