Ummrao is known for its exceptional Indian cuisine, and this menu promises to be truly unforgettable."
The 'Lost Recipes of Awadh' menu features a variety of unique dishes. Vegetarians can enjoy the Kumbh & Khubani Malai Kebab, a delightful combination of mushrooms and sweet apricot with a hint of Awadhi spice, or the Labgeer, aromatic beetroot patties filled with cheese, chilies, and nuts.

Seafood lovers can savor the Samak-e-Lakhnavi, perfectly cooked marinated fish tikka from a clay oven.
No Awadhi meal is complete without a decadent dessert. Guests can end their culinary journey with Paneer Mewa Kheer, a creamy rice pudding with cottage cheese and almonds, or the classic Malai Kulfi, rich Indian ice cream flavored with cardamom, dry milk solids, and nuts.
