From April 18 to 27, the hotel is rolling out the bamboo mats and steam baskets for a truly elevated experience — “We Looooong for Dim Sum”, a 10-day gastronomic takeover by Chef Ng Meng Loong of Yun House, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Chef Ng, known for his intricate craftsmanship and authentic Cantonese flavours, hails from the prestigious Yun House — a restaurant that has held its place on the Michelin Select list for three years straight. His visit marks a rare opportunity for Bengaluru’s food lovers to indulge in handcrafted dim sum prepared by one of Asia’s most respected dim sum masters.

The venue for this exclusive experience is none other than Far & East, the hotel’s sophisticated Asian brasserie perched on the 21st floor. With sweeping views of the Bengaluru skyline and a refined ambience, the stage is set for a culinary celebration that marries tradition with innovation.
