Wellness B’zaar, in collaboration with RIVEA Vascular Institute, hosted FLOW – The Longevity Dialogue on February 7, 2026, at Quorum Club, Hyderabad, positioning vascular health and circulation as the core pillars of healthy ageing and long-term wellbeing. Designed as an intimate fireside and panel-led exchange, the gathering brought together doctors and preventive health advocates to move the longevity conversation beyond symptom-led ageing and towards early intervention and proactive care, highlighting how blood flow influences brain health, organ function, mobility, metabolism and overall quality of life long before disease becomes visible.
A key highlight was a fireside chat moderated by Puja Khan, Co-Founder of Wellness B’zaar, with Dr Arjun Reddy, Founder of RIVEA Vascular Institute, who noted, “Vascular changes begin long before symptoms appear, often affecting multiple organs silently. Early, image-guided screening allows us to identify risks sooner and intervene before damage becomes irreversible.” Expanding the discussion, a panel moderated by Kavitha Mantha explored metabolic, cardiac and regenerative perspectives, with Dr Arjun Reddy adding, “Many conditions - from cardiac disease and diabetic complications to fibroids and prostate enlargement - have a vascular dimension. A vascular-first, image-guided approach can prevent complications and significantly reduce the need for surgery.”
Dr Samatha Tulla, Co-Founder, PMX Health, said, “Metabolic stress and vascular (poor blood flow) dysfunction often show up as early biomarkers well before clinical symptoms. Precision medicine enables us to track these signals and shift care from reactive treatment to preventive longevity,” while Dr Harikiran Chekuri, Founder, Redefine Hair, highlighted emerging advances, stating, “Emerging research around peptides and regenerative therapies is opening new possibilities in vascular repair, endothelial health, and recovery-focused interventions.” Emphasising cardiac prevention, Dr Rahul Kongara added, “Circulation is the foundation of long-term cardiac health. Many heart conditions are preceded by years of silent vascular dysfunction, which is why early screening, lifestyle interventions, and preventive care are critical to reducing future cardiac risks.”
The session concluded with a shared call for awareness-driven prevention, reinforcing that protecting vascular health early can redefine how individuals age and sustain long-term wellbeing.
