This Parsi New Year, The Westin Mumbai Garden City invites food lovers to experience the soul of Parsi home kitchens at its all-day dining venue, Seasonal Taste. As part of a special week-long event, the hotel collaborates with the Parsi Culinary Queens, a group of six passionate home chefs from Surat, mentored by Chef Sunil Gangwal.
The curated menu takes guests on a flavourful journey that blends the Persian roots and Indian heritage of Parsi cuisine. Dishes like Patra ni Macchi, Salli Boti, Falooda, Rose Sharbat, and the classic Lagan nu Custard are all part of the celebration, served as part of the dinner buffet and select brunches.
What makes this event unique is the warmth of tradition brought alive by women who have preserved Parsi culinary legacy through generations. Their recipes, crafted with love and cultural pride, offer a rare opportunity to enjoy truly authentic flavours in an upscale setting.
Guests can join the celebration from 10th to 16th August for dinner buffets, and on 10th, 15th, and 17th August for brunch. This festive collaboration is more than a meal, it's a heartfelt celebration of stories, spice, and soul.
