YAZU Pan Asian Supper Club has partnered with SDU Winery to present 'One True Pairing', a curated aperitivo experience that brings together contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine and premium Indian wines. Scheduled for July 31 in Bengaluru, the exclusive evening has been designed to showcase the art of wine and food pairing through a thoughtfully curated menu.

Inspired by the European aperitivo tradition, the experience will begin with a welcome pour of SDU Deva Rosé, followed by a guided tasting of SDU Reserva Chardonnay, SDU Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon, and SDU Reserva Syrah. Each wine has been paired with a selection of YAZU's signature dishes to highlight complementary flavours, textures, and aromas.

The specially curated menu features Pan-Asian favourites including Charcoal Aubergine Bao, Turnip Cake, Crispy Avocado Cucumber Roll, Crispy Chicken Cheung Fun, Fish Chilli Basil, and the Classic Prawn Tempura Roll. Each pairing has been designed to enhance both the wine and the dish, creating a balanced dining experience.

Presented in a relaxed grazing-style format, the event encourages guests to explore different pairings at their own pace while enjoying conversations over food and wine. The concept is aimed at couples, friends, families, and wine enthusiasts looking to discover premium Indian wines alongside contemporary Asian cuisine.

The experience includes a welcome glass of SDU Deva Rosé, a guided tasting of three premium SDU Reserva wines, and a curated selection of YAZU's signature Pan-Asian bites paired with each wine.

Founded by Ranbir Nagpal and Atul Chopra, YAZU has established itself as a premium Pan-Asian dining destination with outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Indore, Chandigarh, and Bengaluru, while SDU Winery, based in Karnataka's Nandi Valley, is recognised for producing boutique wines that showcase Indian terroir through small-batch winemaking.

The event will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at YAZU Pan Asian Supper Club, Marks Square, St. Mark's Road, Bengaluru.
