Club Zion Gurugram is celebrating the summer season with the launch of the Zion Mango Festival 2026, a limited-period culinary showcase dedicated to India’s most loved seasonal fruit. The festival will be held from 20 May to 31 May 2026 at the Coffee Shop & Restaurant within the property.

The specially curated festival menu highlights the versatility of mangoes through a wide range of desserts and beverages designed to deliver both traditional comfort and modern indulgence. Guests can expect signature preparations such as Mango Cheesecake, Mango Pastry, Mango Shrikhand, Mango Chena Payesh, Mango Sago & Coconut Pudding (Sugar Free), Mango Ice Cream, Fresh Mango Lassi, and Mango Milk Shake.

The menu has been conceptualised under the leadership of Jaipal Singh, who has focused on blending seasonal freshness with creative presentation to elevate the dining experience.

Speaking about the festival, Chef Jaipal Singh said the initiative is designed to capture the joy, sweetness, and vibrancy of mango season while offering guests both nostalgic favourites and contemporary interpretations.

The festival aims to bring together families, dessert lovers, and food enthusiasts in a vibrant dining environment, making it one of Gurugram’s notable seasonal food celebrations this summer.

With its handcrafted menu and mango-centric offerings, the Zion Mango Festival 2026 positions itself as a curated culinary experience that celebrates the essence of summer through flavour and creativity.
