Atmosphere Core, a leading player in the hospitality sector, is set to expand its footprint in India with the launch of two new properties in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The company has entered into a Hotel Management Agreement with the N Kumar Group Nagpur to develop a luxury golf resort and a city-centre hotel, marking a significant milestone in their strategic expansion.

EDEN GREENZ BY ATMOSPHERE NAGPUR is slated to open in Q1 2025. This resort, currently operating as Eden Greenz, will undergo a rebranding and transformation to align with Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts' prestigious portfolio. The luxury golf resort will feature 105 indulgent rooms, including family suites, honeymoon suites, and presidential suites, all overlooking a picturesque 9-hole golf course and lush greenery. Guests will enjoy a range of amenities, including an all-day dining restaurant with alfresco service, a specialty restaurant, a bakery and café, a themed bar, and a two-level nightclub. Additionally, the resort will offer a nature-inspired spa and wellness center through the award-winning ELE|NA brand. Located just 30 minutes from Nagpur International Airport and an hour from Pench National Park, this resort will be a serene escape for leisure travelers and an ideal venue for meetings and events with 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor space and various outdoor settings.

ATMOSPHERE NAGPUR, opening in Q3 2025, will be a city-centre business hotel located in the heart of Nagpur's business and entertainment districts. The hotel will offer 120 elegantly designed rooms and suites with stunning views of the city. Dining options will include an all-day restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a quick bite outlet, with a terrace lounge bar by the swimming pool offering dazzling skyline views. Business travelers will benefit from luxurious services, a 6,000 sq. ft. indoor event space, and additional outdoor venues for meetings and celebrations. The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Nagpur International Airport.
