With BLR Pulse, travellers can stay updated with real-time flight information and track any delays. The app provides convenient access to restaurant reservations, Wi-Fi connectivity, and details about check-in gates. It also offers discounts at various food and beverage outlets within the terminals. Additionally, passengers can explore store locations and access a wealth of travel information, including queue wait times and transportation options.

In a tweet, Bengaluru airport authorities described BLR Pulse as a personalized travel buddy, offering a new way to experience the airport. The app aims to assist last-minute flyers in navigating multiple gates and ensuring they board their flights on time.

Previously, the airport introduced the Metaverse experience at Terminal 2, featuring a 3D interface for check-ins, terminal navigation, and shopping. Furthermore, the deployment of AI-driven robots in June last year added an extra level of assistance, including escorting passengers upon request.
