Best Western Hotels & Resorts is set to establish its presence in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, in collaboration with the renowned SBTL Group. The upcoming property, Best Western IThums, will be situated at IThums Galleria in Alpha II, a premium mixed-use development featuring a hotel, offices, retail outlets, a multiplex, and dedicated food and entertainment zones. Boasting 165 rooms and a range of guest facilities, including a multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, multiple meeting and function venues, and recreation facilities, Best Western IThums will cater to business, leisure, social gatherings, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events.
Atul Jain, Chief Operating Officer of BWH Hotels - India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating that Greater Noida has witnessed substantial growth and has become a promising hub for both businesses and residents. He emphasized the company's commitment to providing excellent hospitality experiences as they expand into diverse markets across India.
Divyansh Sahni, Director of IThums World, highlighted the positive impact of recent events such as the Global Investor Summit and G20 meetings, which have bolstered Uttar Pradesh's global reputation and economic potential. With Noida and Greater Noida being financial centers and the upcoming Jewar International Airport boosting infrastructure development and real estate demand, Sahni sees significant investment and business opportunities in the region. The collaboration with Best Western Hotels marks IThums World's entry into the hospitality industry and aligns with their plans for further development in Phase 1, including retail and commercial areas, followed by the hotel and office space in Phase 2.
Best Western Hotels & Resorts, with its 75 years of hospitality expertise, comprises three master brands - WorldHotels, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, and SureStay Hotels. Offering a portfolio of 19 brands globally, the company has established a network of over 4,700 hotels across various chain scale segments, spanning more than 100 countries and territories worldwide.
