The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India's premier hospitality company, has reached a significant milestone with the opening of Gorbandh Palace, an IHCL SeleQtions hotel in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. This launch marks IHCL's 200th operating hotel, a testament to the company's expansive growth and commitment to offering world-class hospitality.

Blending Tradition with Modernity

Gorbandh Palace stands as a blend of modern luxury and the rich Rajasthani heritage. Situated in the Thar Desert's heart, the hotel embodies the spirit of Jaisalmer's storied past while providing contemporary comforts.

A Regal Oasis in the Desert

The 83-key Gorbandh Palace is set amidst lush gardens, offering guests an oasis of luxury in the desert. Named after a traditional Rajasthani camel necklace, the hotel's design pays tribute to the region's cultural legacy. It features a multi-cuisine diner Bazaar, Italian cuisine at Seray, and handcrafted cocktails at Musafir Khana. The hotel's vast outdoor lawns and ornate banquet hall make it a perfect venue for glamorous events and corporate retreats.

A Partnership Spanning Decades

The collaboration with Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar, for the third hotel in a partnership over 50 years, reflects IHCL's long-standing commitment to preserving Indian heritage.
