Organized by the Council for Fair Business Practices (CFBP), this full-day event on August 10th brought together a stellar lineup of wellness luminaries, sparking insightful discussions and offering transformative experiences to a diverse audience.
One of the highlights of the summit was the presence of celebrated actress Manisha Koirala, who graced the occasion and commemorated the 44th career anniversary of Dr. Mickey Mehta, a pioneer in holistic health. Koirala lauded Dr. Mehta's unparalleled contributions to the field, acknowledging his four-decade-long dedication to fostering a healthier society.
Adding to the significance of the event, Maa Hansaji Yogendra, Director of The Yoga Institute, and renowned holistic health expert Luke Coutinho unveiled the Holistic Health Summit 2.0 logo. The logo, symbolizing feminine energy, aptly reflects the nurturing essence of the wellness industry.
Conceptualized and presented by Dr. Mickey Mehta, the summit was a manifestation of his vision for a balanced, healthier society. As Chairman of the Wellness Committee and a global leader in holistic health and spiritual coaching, Dr. Mehta has long championed the integration of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. His influence was palpable throughout the event, as attendees engaged in diverse sessions designed to enhance all aspects of personal health.
The summit commenced with an inspiring inauguration by Padma Bhushan awardee Dr. Ashwin B. Mehta, Director of Cardiology at Jaslok Hospital, alongside other distinguished medical professionals such as Dr. Hemant P. Thacker, Consultant Physician & Cardio-Metabolic Specialist. Padma Shri awardee Dr. Mukesh Batra, founder of Batra’s group of companies, delivered a thought-provoking keynote address, setting the tone for a day filled with rich learning experiences.
Under the guidance of CFBP President Swapnil Kothari and curator Leena Gupta, Corporate Wellness Trainer and Holistic Life Coach, the summit provided a comprehensive exploration of holistic health. Industry stalwarts, including Swami Nityanand Charan Das and Dr. Shreyans Daga, shared their wisdom, while the event's grand finale featured a dynamic fireside chat between fitness diva Yasmin Karachiwala and Dr. Mickey Mehta. Their engaging conversation provided attendees with actionable insights into maintaining physical and mental well-being.
In her address, Manisha Koirala offered profound reflections on resilience and personal growth: "No matter how prepared we are, life will always throw challenges. There will always be a surprise, but we have a choice to either be consumed by it or rise above it."
Mr. Swapnil Kothari, President of CFBP, emphasized the organization’s commitment to ethical business practices and consumer rights: "By organizing events like the Holistic Health Summit, we foster awareness and education on critical health issues, supporting a healthier, more informed community."
Dr. Mickey Mehta echoed this sentiment, underscoring the summit's mission: "The CFBP Holistic Health Summit 2.0 was a testament to the power of community and the incredible benefits of holistic health practices. Our mission is to inspire, educate, and empower attendees to embrace a more balanced and healthy lifestyle."

Participants left the summit with a deeper understanding of holistic health practices and practical strategies to implement in their daily lives. The event's open registration policy attracted a diverse group, enriching discussions and networking opportunities, and ensuring that the summit's impact would extend far beyond the walls of the venue.
