Patnaik's vision extends beyond mining, as he aims to elevate India's hospitality and tourism industry. His collaboration with Atmosphere Core allows the introduction of their powerful brand portfolio to India, leveraging their world-class turnkey solutions.
The partnership between Atmosphere Core and Atmosphere Hospitality will bring a fresh portfolio of resorts to India, focusing on hospitality real estate with a soulful touch. Travellers can anticipate unique experiences that immerse them in the destination's culture and provide an authentic sense of place.
The debut of Atmosphere Core and Atmosphere Hospitality in India is planned for Q4 2024. OZEN MANSION KOLKATA, a grand hotel located in Kolkata's New Town area, will serve as the inaugural property, offering an elegant and timeless ambience for events and stays.
Another noteworthy addition is Sadar Manzil Heritage By Atmosphere, offering a historic experience in Bhopal.
Souvagya Mohapatra, Managing Director of Atmosphere Core for India, Bhutan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, expresses his excitement about the partnership with Dipti Ranjan Patnaik. Together, they aim to develop exceptional properties that will become highly sought-after stays in India.
