These microsites will serve as virtual hubs, highlighting the state’s diverse heritage and the significance of its sacred places.

One of the key microsites is focused on Sabarimala, a renowned hill-shrine in Pathanamthitta district. This revamped microsite, with content in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu, aims to make the spiritual journey more accessible to millions of Ayyappa temple pilgrims. The site will not only cover Sabarimala but also provide information about other temples, travel routes, rituals, and YouTube videos showcasing the region's beauty and spirituality.

Kerala Tourism is determined to provide comprehensive information on transport and lodging facilities near these temples, enhancing the pilgrim experience. The microsite will also offer details on Sabarimala darshan, the hill shrine's uniqueness, cultural values, and traditions. This initiative has a budget of ₹61.36 lakhs and aims to boost Kerala's reputation as a top pilgrimage destination.

The Tourism Department is also planning a microsite dedicated to Kerala's Islamic traditions, art forms, festivals, and places of worship, with a budget of ₹93.81 lakhs. Similar microsites have been developed for Hindu, Christian, and Jewish places of worship.

These microsites are designed to be one-stop resources for pilgrims, offering valuable information, videos, and a platform for devotees to share their experiences. They will help pilgrims plan their journeys, making it more convenient and enriching.
