In a significant expansion of its portfolio in East India, the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India's largest hospitality company, has announced the opening of Ginger Durgapur, Rajbandh. This launch marks the company's commitment to strengthening its presence in the region and brings all IHCL brands to West Bengal. Ginger Durgapur, with its lean luxe design philosophy, is set to redefine the hospitality experience in Durgapur. It offers a contemporary space where guests can effortlessly combine work and leisure. The hotel features 55 rooms, each designed to provide comfort and convenience to its guests.

A Strategic Location for Business and Leisure

Located in the heart of Rajbandh, Ginger Durgapur is strategically positioned for both business and leisure travellers. Its proximity to the airport and key commercial centres makes it an ideal choice for visitors. The hotel is a reflection of Durgapur's growing significance as an integrated industrial city, an IT, and a real estate hub.

The hotel boasts Qmin, the signature all-day diner offering a mix of global and local cuisine, a welcoming bar, and a modern fitness centre. Additionally, Ginger Durgapur provides five spacious banquet spaces, suitable for hosting a range of meetings and social events.

With the addition of Ginger Durgapur, IHCL now boasts a portfolio of 10 hotels, including 5 under development, across its diverse brands – Taj, Vivanta, SeleQtions, and Ginger – in West Bengal.
