The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Ranchi, organized an engaging session called "Coffee with GMs" for its final-year students. The event featured esteemed industry leaders, including General Managers from prominent hotels like Radisson Blu, Hotel Royal Retreat, Capital Residency, Hotel Green Horizon, and Hotel Le Lac Sarovar Ranchi.

The interactive session allowed the students to have a casual conversation with the General Managers, who shared valuable insights on career development, personal experiences, and industry trends. They discussed the importance of personal development, self-confidence, and dedication in the hospitality industry. The GMs also touched upon effective management styles, conflict resolution, budgeting, and financial management.

During the event, the students had the opportunity to ask questions related to both personal and professional aspects of the GMs' journeys. The session aimed to bridge the gap between industry experts and aspiring hoteliers, fostering a positive and open exchange of knowledge and experiences.

Dr Bhupesh Kumar, the Principal of IHM Ranchi, moderated the event, and all the teachers were present to witness the enriching interaction. Dr Bhupesh expressed that "Coffee with GMs" is a unique initiative by IHM Ranchi, encouraging fruitful discussions and building connections between industry professionals and students.
