On 20th February 2024, Neuma, a beacon of contemporary dining and nightlife in Colaba, Mumbai, unveiled its latest creation: "From Bombay to the World and Back." This innovative cocktail menu is Neuma's ode to the eternal wanderers and seekers, the dreamers who traverse the globe yet carry a piece of their home in their hearts. Located in the pulsating heart of Bombay, Neuma extends a warm invitation to all to experience a world of flavours and tales, all while nestled in the comfort of its charming premises.
Crafted with an adventurer's spirit and a mixologist’s precision, the new menu is a celebration of the joy of exploration. Every cocktail is a narrative, a blend of exotic ingredients and premium spirits that transport patrons across continents, invoking memories of distant lands and cherished moments. These artful concoctions are designed to complement Neuma's eclectic European cuisine, offering guests a leisurely escape into a world of refined tastes and aromatic journeys.
Highlighting the menu are signature cocktails like 'Time Flies,' a tribute to the timeless connect between Mumbai's Rajabai Tower and London's Big Ben, featuring Earl Grey tea and beet-infused vodka with a hint of turmeric. 'Rizz Baby' draws inspiration from Bombay’s majestic waterfronts, while 'Some Like It French' bridges continents with its lavender-infused gin, cardamom, grapefruit, and sage, reminiscent of iconic landmarks like the Gateway of India and Paris's Arc du Triomphe.
Varun Sudhakar, Neuma's Head Mixologist, shares, "Our goal was to encapsulate the essence of travel and the rich tapestry of experiences in a glass. 'From Bombay to the World and Back' is not just a menu; it's a celebration of the universal delight of discovery and a tribute to our vibrant city of Bombay."
Gaurav Batra, Brand & Business Development Head of True Palate Hospitality, echoes this sentiment, inviting everyone to embark on this flavorful journey. "This menu is our adventurous foray into the realm of premier cocktail bars, linking Bombay’s vintage charm with contemporary global trends. We're thrilled to elevate our cocktail offerings and invite all to share in this experience."
Neuma, co-founded by luminaries like Indian filmmaker Karan Johar, Bunty Sajdeh, and True Palate Café Pvt. Ltd., stands as a testament to the vital spirit that connects us all. Set in a colonial-era bungalow, Neuma aims to offer a stylish yet relaxed fine dining and nightlife experience in South Mumbai’s most desirable locale.
Join Neuma in celebrating the launch of "From Bombay to the World and Back" and let each sip be a journey, a discovery, and a toast to the wanderlust that unites us all.
