Soin's notable achievements include receiving prestigious awards like "F&B Personality of the Year 2021" by Spiritz and "Best Food and Beverage Professional for the Year 2020" by Asia Congress and Awards.

As a seasoned General Manager, Soin possesses exceptional skills in people management, commercial awareness, and strategic focus. He has a track record of effectively managing large-scale operations and demonstrates expertise in finance, marketing strategy development, and communication. Ashok's journey with Hyatt Regency Chennai began in August 2022 as an Outlet Manager. His dedication and exceptional performance in this role quickly earned him recognition and led to his promotion to Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in July 2023.
