Bengaluru-based quick-service restaurant chain Samosa Singh has made its debut in Delhi with the opening of its first outlet at Rajiv Chowk, one of the city's busiest metro stations. This launch marks the brand's entry into the capital and is part of a rapid expansion plan that includes six new outlets in just 14 days.

With over 40 cloud kitchens already serving customers in South and West India, Samosa Singh has quickly become known for its variety of samosas and Indian street food. Since its physical expansion began in December last year, the brand has grown to over 12 locations, making it one of the fastest-growing QSR chains in India.

The new Delhi outlets feature a range of freshly made samosas, kachoris, chaats, and other street foods. Samosa Singh plans to open more than 20 locations across North India, including Delhi and the NCR region, within the next few months.

Nidhi Singh, co-founder of Samosa Singh, expressed excitement about the expansion, stating, “We are finally at the Capital of India, the Dil walaon ki Dilli. For us entry into this city represents the fulfilment of a dream. Looking ahead, we are excited about the future. This achievement is a testament to the extraordinary teamwork and dedication of our team as well as the unwavering support and love from our loyal customers. We are ready to savour every moment as we discover the heart and soul of Delhi—one samosa at a time.”

Known for its innovative approach to traditional snacks, Samosa Singh offers a unique snacking experience with its triangle interlocking samosas, which are designed to be less oily and healthier. The brand combines traditional recipes with modern technology to deliver a high-quality, non-greasy product.

Founder Shikhar Veer Singh added, “The love for samosas is universal, and more so in Delhi where samosas and chaats are more than food—they’re a delicious tradition. So, as we launch in Delhi, we are celebrating the city where every corner seems to whisper tales of culture and tradition, welcomes us with open arms and a warm crispy samosa in hand.”

In addition to its expansion into Delhi, Samosa Singh is planning to enter Chennai and Kochi soon. The brand, which has served over 50 million pieces of its signature snacks, is also exploring franchise opportunities to support its continued growth.

Samosa Singh, established in 2016, focuses on enhancing traditional Indian snacks with a modern twist. Its innovative approach, including a unique triangle shape and extensive research and development, aims to offer a healthier and more enjoyable snacking experience.
