His responsibilities include menu curation, service management, cost optimization, and driving food and beverage revenue while ensuring that every guest enjoys a truly memorable culinary journey.

Raj’s extensive background includes leadership roles at prestigious properties such as Curio Collection by Hilton in Nairobi, The Westin Pune, and Four Seasons Hotels. His deep understanding of both international and regional culinary trends uniquely positions him to lead Sheraton Grand Bangalore’s food and beverage division with excellence.

A seasoned professional, Raj is skilled in coaching, strategic operations, financial management, and forecasting. His track record includes successful pre-openings and change management initiatives, consistently delivering superior results through effective yield management.

Passionate about food, wine, and mixology, Raj is dedicated to curating exceptional dining experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring global culinary arts, crafting signature cocktails, and immersing himself in music and travel. Raj holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Goa.

Blisse comes with a wealth of experience, having previously worked for over five years at Goa Marriott Resort and Spa (Marriott International) and contributing significantly to their marketing and communications efforts. Her career also includes roles at Cidade de Goa and corporate positions at Alcon Victor Group and ICICI Bank.

Mr. Mehta's expertise encompasses strategic sales planning, stakeholder engagement and finance management, supported by a strong analytical mindset and thorough understanding of P&L management. His diverse experience includes leadership roles at renowned hospitality brands such as Novotel Ahmedabad, Park Hyatt Hyderabad and The LaLiT Hotels, Palaces & Resorts.
