By 2025, The Machan will introduce five new properties in strategic locations across India, including Jaisalmer, Udaipur, and Jawai in Rajasthan, as well as Mulshi and Pawna near Lonavala in Maharashtra. "We are diligently developing both operational and marketing strategies to ensure the successful and timely launch of our upcoming properties in these locations. Our commitment to sustainability will further enhance the traveler's experience, providing an immersive and enriching journey that celebrates India's natural heritage," he said. Girish Menon, Head of Business Development, emphasized the importance of the Indian market for The Machan's growth strategy. "India represents a significant market for both business and leisure travelers, and establishing a strong presence here is a key objective for us. Our goal is to double our footprint by 2025, expanding our presence across Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III cities," he stated.

SV Hotel has achieved a major milestone by opening the Residence Inn Geneva City Nations, marking the debut of Marriott International's Residence Inn brand in Switzerland. This extended-stay hotel caters to long-term guests, adding to SV Hotel’s portfolio and reinforcing its position as a leader in Switzerland's hospitality industry.
Located in the Petit-Saconnex district of Geneva, the hotel offers 99 spacious suites designed to accommodate guests staying for extended periods. Each suite is equipped with a fully furnished kitchenette, providing the comfort of a private apartment along with the services of a full-service hotel. Amenities include complimentary hot breakfast, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a range of hotel services tailored to long-term visitors.
The Residence Inn Geneva City Nations also features a modern meeting room for business needs, a 24/7 fitness center to help guests maintain their wellness routines, and a 24/7 Grab-and-Go Market for quick snacks or essentials. Dharana's rebranding reflects a renewed focus on wellness and the experience of nature.
