THE Park Hotels, known for their luxury boutique accommodations, introduces 'The Red Tree Canopy' at India Design ID, the country's premier luxury design week. This innovative concept seamlessly integrates art, design, architecture, and culinary delights, offering visitors a truly immersive experience.
The Red Tree Canopy is more than just a design installation—it's a narrative brought to life through intricate forms and vibrant hues of red. From origami tessellations to billowing mushrooms, every element converges to create a captivating canopy overhead, inviting guests to explore and indulge in its unique story.
Priya Paul, Chairperson of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited, expressed her excitement about the partnership with India Design ID, stating, "It gives us immense pleasure and pride to be the Strategic Design Partners of India Design ID for the 13th consecutive year." She highlighted the collaboration with talented artists and designers, including Mrinalini and Sneha, Ankon Mitra, and Studio MNT, who have contributed their expertise to bring The Red Tree Canopy to life.
Curators Mrinalini Ghadiok and Sneha Ullal Goel shared their vision for the project, emphasizing its immersive nature and exploration of the color red in various contexts. They described how the installation serves as a space for guests to engage with art, design, food, and architecture, creating meaningful experiences under the vibrant canopy.
Adding to the sensory experience is the expertly curated menu by Amit Wadhera, Director of F&B and Production Operations at THE Park New Delhi. The menu offers a blend of contrasting flavors, combining traditional favorites with contemporary twists, mirroring the diversity and richness of the color red itself.
Visitors have until February 18th, 2024, to experience The Red Tree Canopy firsthand. Whether you're a design enthusiast, a food lover, or simply seeking inspiration, this immersive installation promises to captivate your senses and leave a lasting impression.
