Specialising in European, Indian, and Middle Eastern cuisines, Chef Kumar is celebrated for his ability to harmoniously blend traditional flavours with contemporary presentation. His expertise spans international gastronomy, regional specialities, and evolving dining trends, making him a valuable addition to the hotel’s leadership team.

He will also lead the creation of bespoke menus for banqueting and personalised in-room dining.
