Marriott International has announced an exciting collaboration with Gurnani Resorts & Hotels, paving the way for the debut of The Ritz-Carlton in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Scheduled to welcome guests in January 2028, this 250-key resort aims to introduce a new level of luxury hospitality in the 'Pink City' of India. This move signifies The Ritz-Carlton's first foray into North India, promising an era of unparalleled luxury for travellers.
Rajeev Menon, President, Asia Pacific excluding China, Marriott International, expressed his enthusiasm about this strategic partnership, highlighting the commitment to enrich India's hospitality sector with Marriott's iconic brands. "This collaboration...reflects our dedication to expanding our iconic brands in key destinations," Menon shared.
Jaipur, with its stunning architectural wonders and rich cultural heritage, provides a perfect backdrop for The Ritz-Carlton's entry into North India. The resort's strategic location will offer guests easy access to famous landmarks like Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal Palace, and Jantar Mantar, allowing them to dive deep into the city's historic splendour.
The Ritz-Carlton Jaipur is set to feature 250 contemporary guest rooms and suites, complemented by a range of high-end amenities including a luxurious spa, an indoor pool, The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge, and six diverse dining venues. Additionally, the resort will offer state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces, making it an ideal venue for gatherings and conferences.
Mohan Das Gurnani, Chairman of the Gurnani Group, shared his vision for the project, emphasising the commitment to delivering a unique luxury experience that captures the essence of Rajasthan's opulence and cultural heritage, all while upholding The Ritz-Carlton's esteemed legacy of service excellence.
