Located in the heart of Mumbai, Mitron Bar & Cafe has long been known for its vibrant ambiance and commitment to culinary excellence, recently embraced the festive spirit with a lively Cake Mixing Ceremony, a celebration steeped in tradition and seasonal joy. The event brought together enthusiastic participants to mix ingredients and embrace the spirit of the season, filling the air with the rich aromas of traditional cake ingredients: almonds, cashews, raisins, figs, and candied fruits blended with warming spices like cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg, all soaked in spirits.

Following the cake mixing, guests enjoyed a sumptuous Sunday Brunch featuring an array of festive and seasonal dishes. The brunch showcased a global and regional spread, with selections including fresh salads, soups, sushi, pasta, cheese boards, flavourful mains, and decadent desserts.
