403 Forbidden Bar in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, is set to host Atelier V for a one-night bar takeover as part of its The World Behind One Bar series on Wednesday, September 30.

Titled SYSTEM_TAKEOVER, the evening will bring Atelier V bartenders Dishant Vadnere, Vedant Newatia and Vinay Tagde behind the bar, giving guests an opportunity to experience the team's approach to cocktails, craft and hospitality.

The cocktail menu takes inspiration from drinking expressions and celebratory toasts from different parts of the world, with each serve exploring a combination of ingredients, techniques and flavour profiles.

Among the featured cocktails is ARRIBA!, a clarified tequila-based drink combining yoghurt, jalapeño tincture and salsa. KANPAI brings together whisky, hojicha tea, raw mango bubbles and pickled pineapple for a combination of tea, fruit and spirit-led notes.

The menu also includes COROMEL, a savoury cocktail made with vodka, unsalted butter, tamarind, chilli and butter popcorn, while PIYO offers a more refreshing profile with gin, Gondhoraj, caramelised banana and mango.

Moving across refreshing, fruity, savoury and spirit-forward profiles, the menu reflects Atelier V's focus on using distinctive ingredients alongside contemporary cocktail techniques.

Rather than a conventional guest shift, the takeover is designed to put the bartenders and their craft at the centre of the evening. Guests will be able to interact with the team and experience the creative process and attention to detail behind each serve.

The SYSTEM_TAKEOVER continues 403 Forbidden Bar's focus on collaborative bar experiences, bringing bartenders and contemporary cocktail programmes together for limited-time showcases in Bengaluru.
