Exciting news for families and fans of Nickelodeon! A brand-new Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts is set to open in Kissimmee, Florida, in 2026. This new destination is a collaboration between Lion Star, Everest Place, and Paramount, promising a unique blend of fun and luxury for both kids and adults.
Located within the expansive 220-acre Everest Place complex, the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will feature over 400 hotel rooms and condo units. Guests can look forward to staying in uniquely themed accommodations inspired by beloved Nickelodeon characters like SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Dora the Explorer, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This family-friendly resort combines luxury amenities with playful experiences, ensuring memorable stays for all ages.
Foodies and fans alike will enjoy the resort’s themed dining options. Le Spatula, a restaurant inspired by SpongeBob’s iconic spatula, and Mikey’s Pizzeria, celebrating the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' favorite food, are just a couple of the exciting culinary experiences. The Snick Lounge, inspired by Nickelodeon’s ‘90s programming block, will offer games, sports, live music, and a nostalgic atmosphere with the Big Orange Couch.
The resort will also feature the Aqua Nick water park, Club Nick for kids, Nickelodeon-themed retail shops, and character meet-and-greets. One of the most anticipated activities is the chance to get slimed, a quintessential Nickelodeon experience. ELIVAAS, the luxury vacation rental brand, has announced the opening of Sirmour Baag, a 16-cottage eco-retreat set amidst the tranquil hills of Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. Spread across one acre, the new property blends sustainable hospitality with immersive nature-based experiences, offering a haven for conscious travellers.
Each of the 16 standalone cottages features wooden interiors, private decks, jacuzzis, skylights, and panoramic views of pine-covered hills. Built with eco-conscious design in mind, the cottages offer both heating and air conditioning, allowing guests to enjoy the retreat year-round.
The retreat is also pet-friendly, with open green spaces that welcome animal companions. Guests can enjoy a variety of experiences including indoor and outdoor games, a clubhouse accommodating up to 60 guests, picnic areas, and nature trails that connect visitors with the local environment.

Raffles Udaipur has unveiled its latest luxury offering, Raffles Lakeshore Udaipur, nestled on the tranquil shores of Udai Sagar Lake.
