This three-day event offers a distinctive blend of classical and Sufi music, wellness practices, and spiritual insights designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul.
Spiritual leader Vaishnavacharya Shree Abhishek Goswami Maharaj will open the retreat, introducing its theme of healing through music, spirituality, and nature. Highlighting the therapeutic power of sound, the event features an impressive lineup of artists, including:
Harshdeep Kaur, the "Queen of Sufi"

Goswami Maharaj emphasized the retreat’s purpose, stating, “Aaroha is a space where music meets spirituality and nature, creating a transformative experience that fosters mindfulness and emotional well-being.”
The retreat's carefully curated program includes live performances and interactive workshops led by spiritual gurus and aura healing experts. Participants can also engage in meditation sessions, sound baths, yoga, and Ayurveda therapies, provided in collaboration with the Kairali Ayurvedic Group.
Day 1 begins with a traditional baithak by Akansha Grover, followed by a performance from Ustad Anwar Khan Manganiyar, who will evoke the rich cultural essence of Marwar. Day 2 includes aura healing with Maa Amrita, a morning flute recital by Pt. Ajay Prasanna, and an evening Sufi performance by Harshdeep Kaur. Fusion artists Divyansh and Manuraj will close the day with an exhilarating act.
The retreat concludes on Day 3 with a special “Prakriti ki Aarti” ceremony led by Goswami Maharaj and Pt. Ajay Prasanna, accompanied by meditative music to enhance spiritual connection and peace.
Bani Sharma, Project Head, described the event as “a rare opportunity to engage with a spectrum of wellness practices and immerse oneself in soulful music, all carefully curated to deliver a rejuvenating experience. This innovative flotation therapy allows guests to experience deep relaxation and stress relief through guided water-based techniques.
Weightless therapy, also known as flotation therapy, involves floating in water to create a sensation of zero gravity, which helps alleviate muscle tension and mental fatigue. Banyan Tree Spa Krabi’s Wellbeing Practitioner, Dr. Subhash Shanbhag, and his expert team lead one-on-one sessions, ensuring a personalized and immersive experience.
Guests can choose between two specialized sessions:
Both private and group sessions are available, offering an alternative approach to physical and mental well-being. “Weightless therapy is an alternative way to heal your body and mind,” said Banyan Tree Spa Krabi Manager, Ms. Montira Vichiankoo. “Floating in water not only induces relaxation but also benefits muscles, joints, and overall circulation.”
The weightless therapy sessions complement the award-winning spa’s extensive wellness offerings, including traditional Thai massages, deep tissue therapies, and hydrothermal experiences. Banyan Tree Spa Krabi’s signature Rainforest hydrotherapy circuit—featuring a Rain Walk, Steam Room, Sauna, Ice Fountain, and Jet Pool—has been described by the MICHELIN Guide as a place where “tropical serenity meets holistic wellness.”
Another standout treatment is the Tropical Rainmist experience, where guests relax under a gentle rain shower before enjoying an invigorating body scrub and Thai massage. The Sense of Place - Krabi Tranquility treatment, a 150-minute journey of skin polishing, stone massage, and an aromatic coconut milk bath, offers another level of indulgence.
All spa therapists undergo rigorous training at the Banyan Spa & Wellbeing Academy in Phuket, ensuring world-class expertise in anatomy, massage techniques, and holistic therapies.
