Abhilash Matam is a highly motivated hospitality professional with extensive expertise in strategic hotel operations across luxury, midscale, and budget properties. Known for successfully leading international hotel management teams, he brings particular proficiency in Rooms Division operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning across properties.

Prior to this role, Abhilash served as Director of Operations at Kochi Marriott, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing operational excellence. His illustrious career also includes experience with globally renowned brands such as Accor, Oberoi, and IBIS & Adagio in Doha, contributing to his comprehensive understanding of diverse hospitality segments.
