Absolute Hotel Services India has announced the appointment of Partha Ray as General Manager of U Rivergate Resort & Spa, Karjat, strengthening the leadership team at the experiential leisure resort in Maharashtra.

A seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience, Partha Ray brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, guest service excellence, revenue optimisation, and team leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked with several established hospitality brands including Fariyas Hotels, Hotel Hindusthan International, and Peerless Inn.

Known for his operational expertise, collaborative leadership style, and people-focused approach, Ray has built a strong track record in managing hotel operations while consistently enhancing service standards and business performance. With Rooms Division as his core area of expertise, he has progressed through various operational roles before taking on General Management responsibilities.

In his new role as General Manager of U Rivergate Resort & Spa, Karjat, Ray will oversee the resort’s operations, strengthen service delivery, and drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing its market positioning.

His focus will be on reinforcing the resort’s unique identity as a leisure and experiential destination while creating memorable guest experiences through authentic hospitality, operational excellence, and personalised service.
