Accor, a leading hospitality group with a global presence, has announced the signing of Mercure Bhubaneswar, further expanding its Mercure brand in India. The hotel is set to open its doors in 2025 and will feature 98 rooms and suites, offering a range of amenities including dining options, a banquet facility, swimming pool, and fitness centre.

The property is being developed by Specbru Hotels Private Limited, part of the Spectrum Group, known for its real estate, construction, and hospitality ventures in Odisha. This collaboration reflects their shared vision to enhance the hospitality sector in Bhubaneswar, catering to the needs of both business and leisure travellers.
